Many of the patterns and so-called “problems” we experience, the things that keep happening even though we say don’t want them to, are often connected to communications from our own being, or from parts of ourselves, that have not yet been received.

These communications can be simple or profound. They may have been not only unspoken words itself, but also desires, emotions, sensations, impulses, dreams, needs. When they are not seen, felt, or integrated, they continue to repeat. What persists is not the problem itself, but the message asking to be received.

The problem IS the Solution.
At the basis of the spaces I hold is deep listening, inquiry, expression of feelings and applycation of practical steps in your daily life.

I work with individuals who are open to reveal themselves, feel what is here in its full intensity and diversity, and take responsibility for their choices and direction. These sessions are about creating the conditions for your own intelligence, intuition, agency, and aliveness to come forward.

Practical details
Session length
Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on what we agree together.
Format
Sessions can take place online or in person.
I move frequently, so if you’re interested in meeting in person, feel free to reach out — I might be in your region.
Payment
Payment is due before the session.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Continuous work is a mutual commitment to work together over a medium-term (3–6 months) or long-term (6+ months) period.
On a discovery call we agree on a rhythm that fits what you want and your capacity. This could look like:

two 30-minute sessions per week;

one weekly session;

bi-weekly 60-minute sessions;
-
bi-weekly 90-minute sessions;
There is no fixed option, the structure is co-created and can evolve as your process unfolds.
